This 8-week program includes:
- Personal training plans based on your goal distance.
- Education and information on form, nutrition, best practices, and more.
- Access to private Slack group for run club members only. Full of accountability and a community to cheer you on through training.
- The support and guidance of certified run club coaches throughout your training and through the finish line.
- Saturday morning group runs. Strollers are welcome! Meeting locations vary as we head out to experience a variety of local trails and coffee shops.
